Spring Sprung

Despite the misery that is allergy season, I love Spring. I love as a subtlety of color which slowly paints the landscape, and the feel of a the warming Sun on my skin. Photography during a brightening Spring is a joy.

Yesterday I spent some of the afternoon sitting on a bench by the Delaware, writing my sermon. Seeing the birds in the brush on the riverbank, and a blossoms on the trees, it was wonderfully peaceful.

As the Sun drew low to the horizon the beauty of the day inspired me to head out and capture some photographs of a few nearby trees. The image below was my favorite.
