Fiction Tuesday – Border Crossing

It took just over two hours to make their way from The Bar’s encampment and through the pass. Several checkpoints had to be cleared, and they were forced to halt twice while a few stragglers shot at their vehicles. Will was relieved when the walls of the surrounding mountains climbed up around their transports, it meant they’d soon be entering The Realm.

Fiction Tuesday – Aftermath

There was a battle, but Will wasn’t there. After Fictive Kindle escaped with the survivors of his assault team, Attorney General Herald ruled in favor of The Realm and affirmed it was, indeed, a land outside the bounds of the Copyright Accords.

Fictive continued to laugh as more and more explosions tore through the camp, now followed by the shouts of soldiers and the sound of gunfire. He sneered as he looked down from the witness stand and saw Will step out from behind the defendant’s table.

Everyone in the courtroom stood as Finch Herald, the Attorney General of Copyright, entered the tent and took his seat at the judge’s bench.
