On Saturday Central witnessed the great pew migration of 2009. Our herd had to be moved to other grazing areas so we can prep the floor to get some new carpet. Here’s a video of the process. Great job gang.

No, we didn’t. Sadly, the pews are coming back. Not because we’re afraid of angry people, that’s really not a an issue here. The cost is just prohibitive at this point to do it well. Chairs that would match the feel of the sanctuary are pricey.
There are LESS pews returning, though – we need some room to do “stuff.”
