Pennsbury Manor, a set on Flickr.
I love history, and will go out of my way to find historic locations to visit. When I missed an opportunity to visit Pennsbury Manor with my son’s school, I knew it had to get on my itinerary.
Pennsbury Manor is a true gem in Bucks County, PA. It is the history re-creation of William Penn’s Summer estate, and is a joy to visit. The staff and guides were wonderfully friendly and informative, and the venue is a photographer’s dream. I only wish the Sun was out so I could capture it more clearly! Ah well, next time.
Visiting the site was a wonderful Father’s Day present for me, I highly recommend it! For more information, follow this link.
