I captured this as I was out walking Bump on Monday, as the haze blanketing the region created an almost surreal effect over the river. When I brought the image into Lightroom I used dehaze to clear some of the effect over the river, which also helped increase some contrast on elements in the foreground. Some other adjustments brought out the details of the tree bark without washing out the rest of the scene. I’m rather proud of it.
