It’s Wednesday, time for random thoughts.

1. I’m inclined to think, on some level, most pastors think they’re failures.
2. The Morning Show, on AppleTV+, is one of the most intense TV shows I’ve ever watched.
3. I miss baseball.
4. If you think “Black Lives Matter” somehow means your life doesn’t, then you are experiencing the reality of systemic racism on your psyche. Tell those thoughts to buzz off, they’re demonic.
5. Don’t feel bad about number 1, because pastors who feel that way probably aren’t psychopaths.
6. I’m finding it increasingly rare to encounter Christian Evangelicals.
7. Someone, somewhere, is thinking, “You don’t know their hearts” in response to number 6.
8. When you spend years creating a design language for something, it’s difficult to see it be dismantled in a couple of months.
9. I’m very proud of this layout and cover design.
10. Is it July yet? I’m tired.
