I will often refer to Zoom as “the ninth circle of hell,” because so many people who try to use it don’t know how. Video conferencing can be a wonderful tool to give some personal context for communication, but a lot of times I’ve noticed organizations use it the same way they do meetings—to pad the hours so they can prove people “worked.”
