The Bank

Yesterday afternoon I went out on a pastoral visit, and brought my camera along for the journey. Many of my pastoral visits are within walking distance, so it affords me a change to get some exercise and take photographs while fulfilling my vocational call.

I took an indirect route home after my visit and was rewarded with the image below. I love the way the text on the old bank facade is framed by the blue sky and back-lit branch in the background, and the gaslight and flag in the foreground.

  1. I wonder how many people walk. By that way never notice the beauty. I see so much beauty through your eyes and camera thank you for passing it along..
