Wednesday is for random thoughts.
- Kids are going back into our town’s schools this week and next, right when the spike is hitting the Delaware Valley and surrounding districts are shutting down. To say I am concerned is an understatment.
- We knew that Trump wouldn’t exit gracefully, but I dared to hope he wouldn’t try to burn the place down 1 on his way out. From the way things look at present it appears this hope was in vain.
- Grand Admiral Thrawn is a very interesting character.
- One of the cool things about having my wife teaching from home on Wednesdays is I get to experience a bit of her teaching the class.
- I could have ridden a bike to the episode of Veep that was filmed at the Four Seasons Total Landscaping parking lot.
- I love my 2020 MacBook Pro. But oh boy would I love one of the new Apple Silicone Macs. Twenty hours of video playback!
- I’m not doing NaNoWriMo this year 2, but last week I got to write a good chunk of The Darned Conspiracy. It felt good.
- I’m burning DVD’s for the few folks who can’t stream worship. I’m not sure folks will be able to play them 3, but it’s something I need to do. I feel so 2004, and I can finally use all those blank DVD’s I have.
- The desk chair in our bedroom squeaks a lot. This gets me many stares of doom because I’m more fidgety than a toddler and the squeaking can be endless.
- I took last week off, and was grateful for the time because I needed a breather. But in a lot of ways being “off” right now is more stressful than being “on.”
- I long to stroll Duke of Gloucester street with my camera. Maybe in 2021.
