I headed out on Saturday, determined to head down to the banks of the Delaware to take my “at least one photo a day.” After so many days of temperatures in the teens, the river was frozen all the way out to the shipping channel. This left the Riverton Boathouse jetting out into a land of jagged ice flows.
I arrived at my chosen vantage point at the perfect time to capture the ice-bound structure. The Sun was beginning it’s afternoon descent, and I was shooting perpendicular to it’s disc. The light coming off the old structure was wonderful, with the nice shadows which make me appreciate Winter photography so much.

Your G7 is a keeper. Beautiful photos.
