I’m having one of those weeks which is so mentally exhausting it’s difficult to write anything of length. I’ve got a couple of posts lined up, but they’re flowing out sounding much more pessimistic than I actually am. So, as I revise those works-in-progress I wanted to share this image.
It was taken just after I got home and found something on my doorstep which I have not seen for years. A phonebook.
It doesn’t matter how dead an old paradigm is, they can hold on for years before they finally fade away in-full.
This is one of the reasons why I’m glad Central has decided to do more than simply exist. If they had settled for that, we’d be like the phonebook on the front stoop. An oddity which people came across and thought, “Oh, those things still exist?” In deciding to have life, Central is becoming known as a living fellowship.
For this, I am grateful.
