I’m still striving to dig out some time to write my fiction for for this week ¹. In the meantime I thought I’d share an image from Elfreth’s Alley itself. As I stated yesterday, Elfreth’s Alley is billed as the oldest residential street in America. The image below leaves no doubt in my mind this is true. Looking at the Alley is like looking back into Philadelphia’s history. A part which, if not for the residents of this unique locale, would have been lost forever.
