Winter Angel

The weather yesterday was visiting from the middle of Spring, and even after dark the temperature remained mild. So, even though I was feeling run-down 1, I decided to call my neighbor and go on a Christmas lights photowalk.

There are some very nice displays near my home, and so we explored some of the smaller streets to see what we might discover. On one of these I came across this depiction of an angel. It was stunning, and framed in a way which created a sense of awe. This image is, by far, my favorite of the evening.

The image below was edited in Luminar 2018. I’m not sold on the application just yet, but I’m beginning to understand it more.

An angel made up of lights.

  1. Or maybe because of it.
